Neck was feeling 95% healed up today so I drove to the track and ran in the large retired golf course behind it. Got about 4 miles back in that area and then a mile on the track. Took things pretty easy today, felt good enough that I might do a 2 or 3x mile workout on sunday. I'll add on a couple 400s if I do 2. I'll aim for 5:20s. |
