Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Ran to get lunch, ended up at 4.5 miles by the time I got food. I made several wrong turns, apparantly the restaurant I was trying to get to has multiple locations. Just 2 miles to get home afterwards. Ran a pretty fast pace today at 6:52. It certainly doesn't feel like it did 3-5 years ago. But hopefully I can get back to that fitness this year.
Warmed up a mile to the psych building for a quick meeting. Continued on to the track. I threw in a couple mileish long surges. Felt pretty good, great weather.
5 miles at a strong pace, ran over to the track and ran the xc course behind it.
Sat on the steeplechase hurdle and enjoyed the day for a little before running 3 more miles a decent pace. I'm trying to teach my legs to run faster again.
