Decided to take a couple days rest rather than push to 250 miles. I was still sore today so I think it's good I'm giving my body some time to repair and get the gains of the work I've been doing, I was definitely struggling to recover after each big workout before the next one for a little there. I'll do a some strides tomorrow. I'm not planning to race at UVU but Jake is trying to convince me to jump in the mile and feel out the first 800m at least. |
