Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Tough run, ran to a track, flipped some tires, did some pull ups. Last mile was hard averaged 7:04 for the run and included a 6:33. I need to get in shape.
Ate some hot wings with Jake and then used some really hot sauce, and then put that hot sauce on the hottest wings. Then we ran a mile and threw up 4 times.
