Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

My lungs are fighting me on the whole getting back into shape thing. Not sure what's up with that. My body looks in shape, but the fitness isn't there. 2 miles at 6:30 pace, I want to run a marathon at just under 6:30 pace but I'll have to put in a lot of work to get there. February I'm going to be running a few times a week for 2-5 miles and then I'll see how my body is responding going into march.

Can remember what the other run I did earlier this week was. I ran 3 miles at 7:23 pace, it was nice and easy.

2 miles on a crappy treadmill and then an endurance core workout.
