My lungs are fighting me on the whole getting back into shape thing. Not sure what's up with that. My body looks in shape, but the fitness isn't there. 2 miles at 6:30 pace, I want to run a marathon at just under 6:30 pace but I'll have to put in a lot of work to get there. February I'm going to be running a few times a week for 2-5 miles and then I'll see how my body is responding going into march. |
