Workout was 6x800 but my calf betrayed me. I did 2 800ms at 2:43 and then my ankle was hurting a bit so I skipped the next rep to stretch it out. Then I did another 800m in 2:45 but my calf was cramping up a bunch. My injured ankle calf has been cramping up even on easy runs this week. I'm not sure if it's overcompensating for the ankle or what, but it's been very annoying. |
