Ran with Davis in the gully, it was really good to see him again and catch up, we'll definitely run again before I head back down to school. Them I ran the cottonwood heights 5k course with my brother after that. Good day of running. Also earlier today I went to the gym and did a good bench workout of 1x10@155 then 3x10@185, 3x11@65 for dumbbell rows, 2x10@40 curls, pull backs, pull aways, obliques and abs, some shoulder workouts and pull ups. It was a good time. I like being in shape! |
