Went pretty hard rock climbing the morning after Wednesdays workout and tore up my muscles pretty good. Played some tennis and did something else active this weekend, can't remember. Anyways, my achilles was pretty sore to start this run, maybe haven't been massaging enough. Started off kind of fast with a 7:05 and then kept around that pace with a surge to end the run. Pretty solid workout, felt pretty tired from miles 2.5 to 3.5ish. Man crazy to think of guys like Hayden Hawks doing 100 milers... |
