We warmed up with the sprinters and then did the best buy loop. It was an easy day and I had sweatpants so I didn't feel the cold at all. I was using the correct form today so my calfs hurt, my thighs were actually just a bit sore this morning which is awesome! Tomorrow is an easy premeet day and then I get to race the 3200m, 1600m, and I think the sprint medley 800m leg in the meet!

You should try to do four miles plus some striders tomorrow morning then you can take the afternoon off. Gives you a little more rest before the 3200 on Thursday.

Ok, I will try to do that, I will make sure I get at least 8 hours of sleep tonight too! I want to perform really well this week.
