Warmed up and then did 6x800m with 1 minute rest and then a mile. It was actually 8x800 but I skipped the last two because my outside calf on my injured ankle leg was cramping up. Splits were 2:43, 2:40, 2:39, 2:41, 2:42, 2:42, 5:24. Not bad considering July was pretty much a wash from the injury and I've been at 30 miles with little speed work so far in August. I have a bunch of 5ks coming up. |
