Warmed up about 3 miles and then ran 2 mile tempo and 10 hill sprints. Amazing how much worse 5:45 pace feels at 20° on hilly roads compared to 5:25 pace on the track at 40°. Hill sprints weren't really sprints. I took them a bit easy out of some combo of my neck not being back to 100%, not wanting to aggravate asthma, and being lazy. |
