Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Warmed up 2 miles on the track and then did 2 miles repeats. Originally I was thinking of doing 3 mile repeats at like 5:45-5:50. The first one ended up being 5:29 according to my garmin, but I think low 5:30s is more accurate. I was pleasently surprised by that, especially because for some reason I'd mistakenly thought I was on pace for low 5:40 until I finished.

I took a 5 minute run/walk break before running another in about 5:35. I was pretty tired after that one and I was happy with the results up to that point so I just ran 2 400s in 75 and 71. Ran a bit under a mile to cool down up to 6 miles. Finished by walkint some more. Pretty nice workout!
