Ran to the park and did a spartan workout day, arms felt kinda weak but it went alright. Then I ran up to the little area I used to run around right under wasatch boulevard and ran in that area for a while before heading back home. I tried to keep the pace nice and easy today, but I sped up a little towards the end. First 20 mile week in a few months, hopefully I'll be able get over 20 again next week.

Hey sorry just saw this, I'm flying out to California Wednesday morning. Probably too late tonight to make plans to run tomorrow, but lets definitely meet up again when I get back!
