Raced my dad on his bike up to the mouth of the canyon, I trailed a good portion but the last section is pretty steep so I made it up first and then on the way back it wasn't really a race cause it's downhill haha. Good workout, ran hard but at the same time this past week or so I've been feeling weak in the lungs, I'm taking my asthma medication again. I'm going to try using albuterol before running these next few days, especially before pick ups on Thursday. If I can get my lungs feeling good I will be fine next week, if not I could be in a tough position going into the progression run. Ankles weren't feeling too good today so I called it when I got home from that. I think they are better from last week at least because this morning was one of the first this summer that they weren't stiff/in pain when I woke up, I will ice them and maybe hot tub before I run tomorrow.
