Officially the first day of marathon training in Ohio. Ran 4.25 miles at 6:53 pace. Then increased to 6:27 for the last mile and 5:56 for the last quarter mile. Felt tough, my legs will be sore. Overall great first day, it was tough to push through the middle miles today. But it'll only get easier from here on. Well today was on the treadmill at .5 incline, so maybe not all easier. But its a good start.
