Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

I'm glad I don't work Wednesdays because this run kicked my butt. I will hot tub for sure though. Also I think today would be a good day to buy stuff for college and go to Wasatch running. Today we did 60 minutes of 2 minutes hard 3 minutes easy. We got to the 4.5 mile going out. Didn't feel the greatest today, probably because I decided to do 40% of my weekly mileage in a 12 hour time frame. Train smarter Blake! I dropped back from Brandon and Tayte with about the 3 miles left mark, then Ian and I regrouped with them with about a mile left but then I dropped back again because my body was about to blow up so took it easy the last .75. Sometimes I wish running wasn't so hard on the bowels. Also I started talking to Jacob Allred who's back from his mission and will be coming to suu this fall too! I'd be surprised if I could get him to show up to a run before school but I bet he'd enjoy a gully or Alta run.
