Good hard workout today, first track workout of the year, I ran pretty well, its definitely a lot harder than it was back when I was used to be in good shape before my mission haha. It will come back though, I'm really happy with my aerobic fitness and my efficiency. And both of those will dramatically increased by the end of the year, and since I just barely started doing speed/strength, I'm going to be really fast in a few months, I think I will be able to run some good PRs this year. |
