Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Good hard track workout, I kept with the group for everything except one 800m. And that was also the only reply I didn't hit the split for, only one guy in my group did though. Hanging with the group is about all you can ask for when everyone in the group has gone 1:55 or faster in the 800m and you're the only one whose come back from a mission in the past year. I did very good today, high intensity high rest is kind of my jam so I'm glad we did this one!

I helped Jake with his workout and ran part of his warm up and his cooldown with him
