Think I'll go Sunday- easy 10-13 Monday- 6x800m at 5k pace Tuesday- rest Wednesday- 4-6 easy Thursday- 6-8 with 4 mp Friday- 4-6 easy Saturday- Easy 8 With a goal of limiting to 40-45 miles next week.
