Easy with Jake and Henry. Barely felt my calf today but glad I wasn't risking a 16 mile trail race, and I definitely would have succumbed to the temptation of racing it if it hadn't been cancelled. I do feel like it's been way too long since I've raced and I think finally being at 100% is just around the corner. I should probably just focus on getting a few good weeks at 55-60 mpw without pushing too hard and keep focused on SL10k and crossover/Ogden but I also really want to get racing and I don't really want to have to wait another 4 weeks. Maybe the answer is to try to finish a suu progression run next weekend on the track. 5 87 laps, 6 85 laps, 4 80 laps, 79, 78, 77, 76, all out mile. I know I can make it to the mile cutting down from 79-76 but I should also be able to do that mile and then stay around 5:20 if I'm going to be running sub 70 at Ogden half.
