Early morning walk/jog. 2 miles at the rec center on the treadmill, can't wait until it's warm. Then I did dumbbell bench, flys, and curls. Hot tubbed and sauna. I really need a haircut, hopefully places are open tomorrow. 4x400m should be fun, our only true opponent will be Westminster. I'll be really happy with a 55. I've also decided I should out a minimum mileage per week at 8 miles, I read a study a while back that said you start getting a lot of long term benefits from running as long as you're doing it at least an hour a week. So about 8 miles. So that's my winter minimum from now on, I'll run much more when it's not freezing. |
