Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Actually had a pretty great workout today. I ran to the track and started running there. I was just going to go easy today, my first 3 miles mid-7 minutes. But then I just kept speeding up once I got on the track until. I ended up splitting a couple sub 6 miles, one 5:20s and was feeling really smooth. When I left the traci I stadted slowing down but I realized I could get a marathon pace half-marathon done today so I ran the last 5 miles at a pretty steady marathon pace, fastest was 6:46 and slowest was 6:54.

My alma mater won the Big Sky conference championship today, so congrats to them. That was really exciting to see. Crazy to think I could still be running with my old team. Love seeing SUU win.
