Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

4.75 miles in 30 mins, averaged 6:22 for the run and started with a sub 6 mile. I just felt good today, in part because I got a new pair of brooks adrenaline. They did a great job with this model, the 21. It feels a little roomy, but based on how today felt I don't think it's bad. My feet feel secure but there's a little more room at the end of my shoe than I'm used to. My feet aren't sliding around or anything so it's probably fine. Maybe I should take them back for a pair of 12s.

I've been running in 12 and-a-halfs for 10 years and I've never had a pair that's felt this big though. I compared to them to my Omnis I've been running in and they look longer... oh well, seems to work just fine. I'll probably just keep them, it's only about a thumbwidth of space after my big toe.

Anyways, not sure what's gotten into my achilles or me but I'm feeling way better recently and I just felt like pushing it a bit today. Next time I run I'll do a spartan day though, and I'll cool the pace a bit.
