I ran the upper loop twice, lower loop once, and then the mini upper loop (1.5 mile loop). I ran pretty fast for the first 4 miles, like 6:30 or so, maybe faster. I was just feeling good, although sore. Then I slowed down a bit for the last 3.5 but still ran at a good pace. I might not have to come to school until 2nd period on A days next semester, that would be nice, I would have to switch out of my current seminary period though, which would be sad because its the first class I've actually known people in, including 2 teammates, Cubby and Zach! I had a very good day today, the assembly was really good, it might have been the only assembly that I've ever been to that has made me feel school spirit, definitely the best I've been to by a lot. I was impressed! I also had a really good time in Seminary, and I just played games in film studies because we kind of had an off period since we finished our film a while ago. The year is getting better, and Track is starting the week we get back, so I am very happy and optimistic about the future. The next 2 weeks will probably just be me training on my own, lots of 45-80 minute runs in Florida and a few more in Utah before Christmas. I bet watching Unbroken will motivate me a lot though, so I just need to push through the next 5 cold hard long runs and then I will be highly motivated and able to run in a nice and warm climate, I'm excited to see where I can run near Disney World! Hopefully its near the beach, I have no clue, I don't want to do beach running, I just think it would make for a beautiful run if I could see the ocean! 6-9 miles tomorrow!
