Good fast week, today's run was shorter, pretty cold out there! Anyway I ran up to the rec center and did 3 miles at 5:25 pace, felt surprisingly easy, I didn't feel anything until a mile and a half or two miles in. I think it might have been because I was numb from the cold because my gluts hurt a little afterwards. I picked it up as fast as the treadmill could go for the last quarter (only 5:00 pace :/) and then slowed to 6:30 for the last mile and then jogged home easy. Tomorrow will be a good 10 miler, next rest day won't be until after Christmas I don't think, I want to find a good race to do around here over the break.
