An good paced 7 miles, kept it under 6:45 per mile and did 4 flying 40s on the Brighton track, I also got a lot of strength training in helping my brother move all day. Saturday was off, my body was feeling a little drained from all the lifting and stuff. Sunday will be a normal run, probably like 6 miles. Then one last week of training with Alta before I move on down to Cedar City! I guess I have 9 days before that mysterious progression run. |
