Personal:
Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.
Long run with Jake, ran into Kolten for the last couple miles. I felt pretty sore from lifting yesterday and also generally fatigued from staying up way too late last night.
Ankle felt good during the run but not while carrying a vanity upstairs.
