Easy weekend finished with an easy run. This week I'm planning on Monday: 8-10 in the gully with the team Tuesday: 7 total with 3 miles timed. I am going to try and stay under 5:30 pace for the 3 and if I can for the first 2 then I will run max effort for the last mile. Wednesday: 10 at Porter Rockwell with the team Thursday: 10 at Alta with team Friday:5-10 Saturday: Maybe 2-4, maybe none. Saturday isn't an easy day to run these days Sunday: 5-8 miles. Then next week I will increase my mileage on Tuesday, Friday and Sunday. This week I'm planning on like 45ish, next week will probably be my first above 50 since I've come home. And then I will have one last week after that before going to cedar city! |
