Married, we have one daughter so far. I ran for Alta high school and was trained by Rob Murphy, he is a great coach, one of the best there is. I also ran for Southern Utah University.

Warmed up 4 miles with Jake.
Then we started our race which a 4x chicken sandwich and lap.
Was pretty gross but it was also fun. We'll try it with spicy wings next week along with some additional competition. Won't win next week.
