3 miles of hard running, it was im the low 18 minutes range is my guess. I ran pretty hard up to the rec center and then I got on tread mill and ran in the low 6:00 range until the last quarter to half mile when I sped up to sub 6:00 and the 5:00 flat for the last few hundred meters, so it was fun. Then I ran for another minute at 7:00 to let it cool down, so I guess it was a little over 3 miles. I'm allowed to do some races this summer so im excited for that, im thinking sandy classic and draper days, I'd like to try out a 10k but probably not a good idea on this mileage.
