Warmed up 2 miles and then did a 12x400 meter work out in which I averaged 72 seconds. 200 meter jog between 400s and a bigger break between the first 6 and last 6. Ended on a 68. Cooled down to 8 miles. So pretty solid run. Felt good and smooth, I think I can run a pretty good 5k in a few weeks. |
