Long run with Jake. I am am definitely feeling the mileage. In some ways this was the hardest long run in a while. Somewhat considering pulling back from my goal of 250 miles since it seems like I'm overtraining, but I'm also so close and I don't really have to push to finish out. I just need 50 this week and then my normal days next Sunday and Monday. I think I'm starting to get a little overtrained, leaning towards taking tomorrow off. |
