| Good start to the week with an early morning 6 mile run. Hopefully I can keep going to be early and getting up early, it makes the day a lot smoother.

| Really good track workout. Started with a 12 min. tempo run, on the track and then around the surrounding grass and stuff until we hit the time. After that we did 3x800m repeats, and I went 2:29, 2:30, 2:27, or something really close to that. Then we did a 400m finish, we weren't supposed to go faster than 65, but I ran a 59 and it was just fun to run fast with a group of people like that.

| I'm just estimating the fast and slow mileage. We did and 5:5:3:2:1 fartlek workout, with the recovery being the time of the next repeat, if that makes sense. I think I did really well in the workout, for the two 5 minute repeats, the pace was at 5:30 or faster, then I was just ballin' out for the other repeats, it felt awesome. It feels so good to have some fast dudes to train with from the farm team.

| Ran along the boneville shoreline trail. It was a pretty run, but one of those where I just had to poo like 2-3 times, and the stomack just hurt, but we made it through ok
