Really good track workout. Started with a 12 min. tempo run, on the track and then around the surrounding grass and stuff until we hit the time. After that we did 3x800m repeats, and I went 2:29, 2:30, 2:27, or something really close to that. Then we did a 400m finish, we weren't supposed to go faster than 65, but I ran a 59 and it was just fun to run fast with a group of people like that.
