On my treadmill I walked 2.25 miles as a warm-up, then I jogged 4 miles at a rate of 4.6-5.0, then I walked 0.5 miles as a cool-down. After jogging 3-3.25 miles, my leg muscles felt quite fatigued. Total distance was 6.75 miles, and the treadmill said that I burned 925 calories. |
