| | 11 AM, 40F cloudy. Ran to the trail and did a long loop. Given my lack of sleep I was very fast (7:30 average pace). I need to get more sleep. This is the first day of the official training towards Raliegh Rock Half Marathon at the end of March. Hoooray! 0:42:02

| | 2PM, 55F. It was only about an hour and a half after lunch so I was still heavy. I managed to pull a decent run (7:52). Tomorrow I plan to do a tempo run so there was no reason for me to try and push myself today. It's going to be hot and humid tomorrow so I'll try to run it as early as I can. 0:37:21

| | 9 AM 65F humid. Today's weather is very unseasonal but tomorrow the coldness will be back. Anyway, I was going to Duke's tracks for a tempo run. Did 1 mile warm up (7:45) and then 4 miles tempo (7:08, 7:12, 7:10, 7:09) and a 1 mile cool down (8:41) for a total of 6 miles. I was very happy with my performance is these humid and warm conditions and especially after I haven't done any quality workout in the last 3 weeks. It wasn't easy at all. I really worked very hard in those 4 miles tempo. 0:45:06
