Kiwanis park XC 3000 (1.864 Miles) 00:10:56, Place overall: 1, Place in age division: 1 | | Felt weak on the course today. Especially on the hills. I also think that I took some long-cuts, added 10-15 seconds.

Kiwanis park XC 1k (0.621 Miles) 00:03:06, Place overall: 1, Place in age division: 1 | | Was afraid that Spencer Jarvis (800 PR 2:06, mine being 2:16), would kick my trash. However, I got lucky -- he was out of shape.

Kiwanis park XC 4K (2.485 Miles) 00:15:03, Place overall: 1, Place in age division: 1 | | I started out fast with the intention of dropping Grant from the get-go. He stuck with me, and that was a major psychological blow. That may account for the slowing down in the middle. I let Grant take the lead, feeling /weak. I felt very weak on the hills -- like I was barely staying with Grant. However, I managed to kick and win by 10 seconds.
