Today did 2x3 miles, down (14:52), up (16:38 - 5:26, 5:35, 5:37). The wind blew down the canyon, so there was a headwind going up. Total of 17 miles.

Tried to repeat the 12x400 workout from last week - my right hamstring tightened up and I wasn't able to hit the target pace of 64 seconds per quarter. Still tried for 4 or 5 intervals, but once the pace dropped to 68 per interval I decided to cancel the workout.

Retried the workout from yesterday - muscles are still tight, so no dice.

Lots of snow today.

It snowed on Saturday, preventing a workout, so I did one today. The workout was 2x4 down the canyon targeting 5:00 pace. I ended up with 19:55 and 19:53. Felt some tightness in the legs (right quad and left hamstring), but was able to push through it and hit the target pace.

Total of 16 miles.
