Started at the Capitol and ran towards the City Creek gate and then up the canyon to the 2 mi marker. Temps were nice & cool. Ran listening to podcasts and relaxed. Then for the way down, decided to work on form and see if I could tempo it down. First mile 6:55, second mile 6:46, last mile ... 6:35! Felt great. After work, went to Yoga for Core Strength. 1.5 hrs! Exhausted, but glad I went.
