Ran 5.2 miles in 43:14. Not too fast, but felt hard after the 11.5 miler yesterday. I also have been so tired this week. Slept like a rock last night and could barely make it till 10:00, then slept 9 hrs straight!
Going to an Intro to Yoga class at Avenues Yoga with running friend Anna. She is interested in getting more flexible for her running too. As we are getting older, we really need it! |
