In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Fun 10 miles in Mesquite Nevada. Ran on mesquite heights road out into Lincoln county and back. Rolling uphill out and rolling downhill back. I felt good so I did a 5K tempo on the return. 5:37 (rolling up), 5:40 (big hill), 5:18 (rolling down), :25 (17:00). Cooled down a mile. I could have ran the last part shirtless but didn't want to blind anyone. 6:25

Ten in the grass. After a very slow 7 mile warm up my legs suddenly felt much much better. I think it's from sitting in the car for so long after the tempo on Sunday and then the very early run Monday. I plan on running Easy the rest of the week and then some tempo Saturday. 7:18

From my house with Mike, Matt, Chad, Reed, Dave and Chris. By far the biggest crew for a Spanish Fork run. It was fun! We went up to the tempo loop after a long warm-up. I ran 2x 2 mile at mp (5:44 avg). All did varying distances and looked great. The slight uphill action with the wind in the face was a delight :), but it was fun to recover after the turn and get it going again. Confidence booster after vacation lag this week. 7:04
