| Fun 10 miles in Mesquite Nevada. Ran on mesquite heights road out into Lincoln county and back. Rolling uphill out and rolling downhill back. I felt good so I did a 5K tempo on the return. 5:37 (rolling up), 5:40 (big hill), 5:18 (rolling down), :25 (17:00). Cooled down a mile. I could have ran the last part shirtless but didn't want to blind anyone. 6:25

| Ten in the grass. After a very slow 7 mile warm up my legs suddenly felt much much better. I think it's from sitting in the car for so long after the tempo on Sunday and then the very early run Monday. I plan on running Easy the rest of the week and then some tempo Saturday. 7:18

| From my house with Mike, Matt, Chad, Reed, Dave and Chris. By far the biggest crew for a Spanish Fork run. It was fun! We went up to the tempo loop after a long warm-up. I ran 2x 2 mile at mp (5:44 avg). All did varying distances and looked great. The slight uphill action with the wind in the face was a delight :), but it was fun to recover after the turn and get it going again. Confidence booster after vacation lag this week. 7:04
