Fun 10 miles in Mesquite Nevada. Ran on mesquite heights road out into Lincoln county and back. Rolling uphill out and rolling downhill back. I felt good so I did a 5K tempo on the return. 5:37 (rolling up), 5:40 (big hill), 5:18 (rolling down), :25 (17:00). Cooled down a mile. I could have ran the last part shirtless but didn't want to blind anyone. 6:25

A litte 5k tempo in the middle of nowhere on a road trip huh. Yep. You're officially a real crazy runner. Nice work BD. Love it.

Great job, Brandon! Are you getting fit or what?
