In May 2010 I was large and started running. Now I'm much smaller :), -63 lbs.

Short-Term Running Goals:

Merge road and trail running and adventure run bonkers.

Long-Term Running Goals:

Sub 2:30 marathon. Run my best at distances from half marathon to 100 miles.

Personal:

Happily married with 4 great kids. Running is but one of the amazing vehicles for connecting with others and celebrating life. Gratitude!

25 minute elliptical hills warm up.

60 minutes stairmaster. 492 flights, 10.25 miles

50 minutes vert run on the mill 10-20 incline. 3450 vert. 5.25 miles.

10 minute elliptical cool down.

2871 calories 

I slept in this morning and didn't get out until after the results from Arizona started to come in. There were some extra logs thrown on the fire today from so many awesome performances. Can't wait to hear about them! Congratulations to those who ran today!

There was a little twinge in the TFL that got beat with the stick. Other than that i think I'm all good. Just need to fully heal. I hope i can still make bean town in April.
