25 minute elliptical hills warm up. 60 minutes stairmaster. 492 flights, 10.25 miles 50 minutes vert run on the mill 10-20 incline. 3450 vert. 5.25 miles. 10 minute elliptical cool down. 2871 calories I slept in this morning and didn't get out until after the results from Arizona started to come in.
