Ran from house to porcupine and along wasatch to legacy bridge and then to 11th ave.  Down memory grove to the college of massage for my reward.

2 in the morning as a shake out run.  Bre's Birthday 17 years old.

Am 6 at Liberty Park

Afternoon 5 Miles with East High Team.  We ran up to the zoo from the track and then ran the Running of the Leopards 5K course that will be held on March 28th, it is going to be a good race for all levels.

WA workout at the oval 10 miles followed by free short stack at IHOP.

AM circuit workout at East

Afternnoon ran some on track and did the Sunnyside park loop.

PM 10 Miles grass laps at SHP

afternoon run with EHS track team 5.50 miles

evening run at the gym on a treadmill for 6.50 miles

Easy night, ran to the gym and finished on the treadmill to round the mileage off so I can hit an even number Saturday.
