I had a really good day run today. Did a 7 mile warm up then ran the ISU Santa run and came in 1st place. It was snowing and a little windy the whole time. The snow kept getting stuck to my shoes. It was not a full 5k run, but i ran it in 18:33 at a 6:41 pace.Then a one mile cool down.
