Today run was a little hard. I decided to run early in the
morning, but I did not eat anything and that came back to haunt me later. By
mile two I started to feel week so I had to slow down to a walk. So I decided
to eat an energy bean and that helped me to get back up and running. I
also ran too early for my body to adjust so it took me a long time to get up to
my pace. So my pacer per mile was 8:57, which I am not upset with because I had
such a good day yesterday.
