My really hilly course came a day early and i felt really good doing it. But running this course really helps me for my up coming races. Also, there is a 5K this Saturday i am thinking about running. I am thinking it would be just for fun because my main race is the 1/2 marathon and i don't train for this short of race. Any suggestions? Have a good day! =)

Hey go do the 5k as speed training Barry it will be good for you, like a hard tempo short tempo run. After my marathon I am going to do 3000m races to use for speed training rather than track sessions! its a great way to race often and get the benefits :-)
